Oro Al-Andalus arrives to Madrid’s Gourmet Meeting Room to take part in the biggest gourmet European fair and one of the main exhibitors of gastronomic quality at a global level.Located in Sabor a Málaga stand in pavilion number 8, we had the opportunity to amaze thousands of extra virgin olive oil lovers from all over the world with the purity of our gold produced in El Chantre.We are also part of AOVE Fusión, an event in which Oro Al-Andalus had a leading role.

AOVE Fusión is an activity in which national and international haute cuisine masters get together to take part in cooking demonstrations during the three days of the event.This goes farther than traditional cuisine because it is characterised by uncommon flavour combinations through complex techniques to obtain innovative dishes and pure flavours.Our extra virgin olive oil has the capacity to increase the quality of any dish, from a simple salad to the most elaborate dish, as it was proved by the exquisite dishes that were made by the masters.
Furthermore, we gave oil tastings to several participants of the event, so that they could get to know first-hand its characteristics and its spectacular taste. A pleasure for any palate!
