The present general terms and conditions of sale shall apply to all orders for products and/or services requested by the Customer (hereinafter, “the Customer”) through the website

B-72940711, telephone 69061370, e-mail info@aceiteoroalandalus.com; with the exception of any other sale of products or provision of services.Every order placed at ORO AL ANDALUS necessarily involves the full, prior, and unreserved acceptance by the Customer of the current version of the general terms and conditions of sale at the time of placing the order. This acceptance will be materialized by the Customer checking the box “I have read and accept the general terms and conditions” when placing the order.
DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
ORO AL ANDALUS provides the Customer with information regarding the basic characteristics of each product or service in the detailed file associated with the product or service in question available on the website.
PRICE
Products are supplied at the price in effect at the time the order is placed, except in cases of manifest error, and are subject to modifications by ORO AL ANDALUS at any time before the order is placed. Prices are indicated in euros, including VAT.ORO AL ANDALUS has currently established shipping costs that are automatically applied in the shopping cart and can be checked in the “Shipping” section of this website.
ORDERS
The ordering of products by the Customer at ORO AL ANDALUS will be carried out following the different stages of the process provided on the Website, from product selection to payment of the order. Before the final confirmation of the order, the Customer will have access to an order summary, which will basically include information about the products requested, their price, and any associated costs.The Customer may modify the content of their order at any time before finally confirming it.In order to process the order, the Customer undertakes to provide, through the forms established for this purpose, all mandatory data, especially those relating to their identity and contact details. In case of error or omission regarding such information, ORO AL ANDALUS cannot be held responsible if the order could not ultimately be processed.The Customer’s order will not be final until receipt of confirmation sent by ORO AL ANDALUS to the email address provided by the Customer, which will be sent once the order is completed.Order confirmation will be sent to the Customer within a maximum period of twenty-four to forty-eight hours from the time the order confirmation page appears on their computer screen.The order will be processed by ORO AL ANDALUS once the online confirmation of payment has been received.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Product or service offers presented at ORO AL ANDALUS are exclusively intended for Customers of legal age (18 years) who meet the specifications contained in the previous paragraphs.Furthermore, ORO AL ANDALUS shall have the right to cancel all orders placed by a Customer with whom it has a conflict regarding a previous order, or if they have breached these general conditions or engaged in fraudulent activity. Likewise, it may cancel an order if the customer has refused to provide any useful and necessary data to guarantee payment and delivery of the products, or for any other legitimate reason.Orders containing items with a manifest error in their price will also be canceled, pursuant to Articles 7 of the Civil Code and 11.2 of the LOPJ.In case of cancellation of an order, the Customer will receive an email informing them of this circumstance. The Customer shall not have the right to request or require any compensation from ORO AL ANDALUS due to said cancellation. ORO AL ANDALUS cannot be held responsible if the email or message is not delivered to the Customer due to an error in the email address or mobile/landline number provided by the Customer in their participation form, due to an access provider breakdown, Internet network failure, or any other reason.
PAYMENT METHODS
During the order placement process, and before confirmation, the Customer will be offered two payment alternatives:
- Online payment by credit card. If the customer chooses this payment method, they will access the ORO AL ANDALUS banking entity via a secure payment gateway, where the payment process will be carried out.
- Payment by bank transfer or direct deposit into account. If the customer chooses to pay by bank transfer, a screen will appear at the end of the order informing them of the bank details, account, and amount to carry out the transfer. Likewise, these details will be automatically provided via email to the address indicated in the order by the Customer. If 4 days have passed since the order was placed with payment by bank transfer without it being made effective, ORO AL ANDALUS will proceed to cancel the order for non-payment, and the customer will receive an email notification.
INVOICING
Once the goods have been delivered, you will receive an email notifying you of the order closure and the possibility of downloading an invoice from the customer area of the website.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS AND PROVISION OF SERVICES
The delivery of the product and/or provision of services requested by the Customer through the Website will be carried out through the transport agency designated in the Customer’s order.Shipments will be made through our transport agency, with an
approximate delivery time of 1-3 business days in the mainland (Spain) and 4-5 business days in the Balearic Islands, depending on the payment method and the time the order is placed.
When the purchase has been made by bank transfer, depending on the entity, the money deposited may take one or two days to reach us, but from the moment this occurs, you will have the order at your home within one day.
Please be advised that if after 4 days from the purchase with the transfer option we do not receive the money, the purchase will be canceled.It should be noted that orders are neither delivered nor prepared on national or local holidays.In case of temporary out-of-stock, you will be notified by email of the approximate delivery date. In such case, the customer has the right to cancel the order or only the purchase of that specific item.Upon receipt of the goods, the customer must check that they comply with what was requested. You should never accept shipments with damaged packaging, broken seals, or if you observe that the handling could be a reason for the items not to have the necessary quality guarantee. In such case, do not accept the shipment, proceed with the return, and state the detected deficiencies on the delivery note.If delivery at the address indicated in the order is not possible for reasons beyond the control of ORO AL ANDALUS and the transport agency, the latter will leave a note for collection at their offices. In such case, and after 10 days from the notification of delivery without the customer collecting the shipment, it will be returned to the ORO AL ANDALUS facilities, the order being considered canceled and the amount being refunded as indicated in the “right of withdrawal” section.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
Our products are guaranteed according to current regulations.
RETURNS
Returns will not be accepted if they are not in their original packaging and with the product in perfect condition, except in cases of defective merchandise.Claims for possible incidents, such as the product being delivered damaged, wrong, or for any other cause susceptible to claim, will be treated as follows:ORO AL ANDALUS undertakes to deliver another product in perfect condition and collect the defective product. In the event that the exchange cannot be made for the same product reference, the total amount paid in advance will be refunded to the customer.In case of return of a product (as long as it is not defective), the transport costs for both delivery and return are the responsibility of the buyer, as well as all bank charges generated for any reason; generated expenses will not be refunded under any circumstances.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must do so within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product. Except if the products have been handled, unsealed, or used as indicated in section “e” of Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which states:
- e) The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed after delivery.

ORO AL ANDALUS shall be released from its obligations due to any cause beyond its control that prevents or delays the making available of the products or the provision of services, contractually comparable to a case of force majeure. By way of example, such will be the case when an event such as the following affects ORO AL ANDALUS or its suppliers: war, cyclone, earthquake, tsunami, flood, general or sectorial strike, or any other cause and event beyond the control of ORO AL ANDALUS (this list is not exhaustive).
MODIFICATION OF THESE CONDITIONS AND DURATION
ORO AL ANDALUS may modify at any time the conditions determined here, being duly published as they appear here. The validity of said conditions will depend on their exposure and will be in force until they are modified by others duly published.
CLAIMS
If the customer considers that their rights as a consumer are violated or not addressed, they may file a claim with the Consumer Office of the Junta de Andalucía. For this, and if you have a digital certificate, you can file the claim on the website of the aforementioned Consumer Office. If you do not have a digital certificate, you must present your claim in person at our establishment or at any of the consumer offices enabled for it.
